JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Job Objectives
Receiving, monitoring, and coordinating the processing of export shipments, ensuring smooth transportation, meeting customer requirements, and maintaining the company's service quality.
2. Main tasks
2.1. Managing and tracking export shipments
- Receive bookings, shipping instructions (SI), and customer requests.
- Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, agents, and relevant departments to facilitate export shipments.
- Monitor packing progress, shipping, vessel schedules, and update customers with information.
- Inspect and address any issues that arise during transportation.
2.2. Customer Service
- Maintain contact with customers throughout the entire shipment process.
- Answering questions and assisting customers with schedules, documentation, and related logistics services.
- Receive and process customer feedback and complaints.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from college/university with a major in Logistics, Import/Export, International Trade, or related fields.
- Experience of one year or more in Customer Service Export, Documentation, or Logistics is an advantage.
- Understanding of export procedures, international transportation, and foreign trade documentation.
- Possesses good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be careful, responsible, and proactive in your work.
- Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Good English reading comprehension and communication skills with foreign clients, shipping companies, and agents.
