JOB DESCRIPTION
- Checking, accounting for, and monitoring the company's daily income and expenses.
- Prepare and manage receipts, payments, advances, and reimbursements in accordance with regulations.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable; reconcile accounts payable with customers, shipping companies, airlines, transport companies, agents, and suppliers.
- Checking, collecting, and archiving accounting documents, input and output invoices.
- Issue VAT invoices and monitor invoice usage.
- Track revenue and expenses for each shipment, each customer, and each business unit.
- Verify the accuracy of quotations, debit notes, credit notes, and related documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, expense, and profit reports as requested by the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Customer Service, Documentation, and Customs Declaration departments in checking and reconciling documents and accounts payable.
- Assisting with settlement and auditing work, and liaising with relevant authorities when required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head and the Board of Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from college/university with a major in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an internal accounting position; candidates with experience in logistics, import/export, or freight forwarding are preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
- Careful, honest, and highly responsible.
- Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively with other departments.
- Effective time management and task handling skills.
