JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Job Objectives

Seeking and developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers to boost sales of the company's logistics services such as international and domestic transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and related services.

2. Main tasks

  • Identify, approach, and develop customers who need logistics services.
  • We provide consulting services on transportation, import/export, and logistics solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
  • Receive quotation requests (Inquiry), coordinate with relevant departments to develop solutions and provide quotations to customers.
  • Negotiate and finalize service terms, and sign contracts with clients.
  • Monitor the order fulfillment process and coordinate with other departments to ensure service quality.
  • Taking care of existing customers and maintaining and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Regularly update yourself on market information, competitors, and trends in the logistics industry.
  • Achieve sales targets as planned.
  • Regularly report business results, customer status, and business opportunities to management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from college/university with a major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Import/Export, or related fields.
  • Experience in Sales Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Import/Export is an advantage.
  • Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and customer persuasion skills.
  • Proactive, energetic, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is an advantage.
